Stipulation Against Liens
THIS AGREEMENT made the ra7d7L day Of August 1999
by and between NORM ELAM, 127 E. Yellow Breeches Roadd, Carlisle, PA 17013,
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
PETER JOSEPH PITIELLI and HILDE DINA PMELLI, husband and wife, of

Owner, wherebytheformerundertookandagreedtoerectandconstructa dwelling houseremaflerrejerredtoas
Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pa, known as Lot 4A nthatcertainlotofgroundsituatein
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH. That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the sumof0l.00)Dollarto Contractor inhandpaidbyOwner,thereceiptwhereofishereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, fide, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right oflien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern dedicated right of way of Zimmerman
Road (T-553) at the dividing line between Lots 4A and 4B on the hereinafter
mentioned plan of lots; thence along said dividing line, South 06 degrees 45 minutes
00 seconds East, 676.25 to a point at lands now or formerly of Niles C. Logue;
thence continuing along said lands, North 82 degrees 52 minutes 29 seconds West,
257.51 feet to a point; thence continuing along the same lands, North 06 degrees 45
minutes 00 seconds West, 630.04 feet to a point on the southern dedicated right of
way for Zimmerman Road (T-553); thence continuing along said right of way,
North 81 degrees 04 minutes 46 seconds East, 608.28 feet to a point, the Place of
