WHEREAS, John S. Crescenzi and Helene J. Crescenzi, of Mechanicsburg, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania, ,are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with FlaubertHomes,
Of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to construct a residential dwelling on Lot 261 White
Rock Acres Development, Boiling Springs, PA 17007, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania. (See Exhibit "A").
NOW, Zo 1999, at the time of and immediately before execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to commence work on the said
residential dwelling, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar to Contractor paid by Owners it is
agreed that not lien shall be riled against the building by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by
any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchases, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a plan prepared by Robert E.
Stiffler, R.S., revised March 25,1980, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
for Cumberland County in Plan Book 39, Page 25.
BEGINNING at a point in right-of-way line of Dogwood Terrace at corner of Lot No. 262,
Section M, White Rock Acres; thence along Lot No. 262, South 12 degrees 24 minutes 51
seconds West 346.35 feet to a point at Lot 258; thence along Lot No. 258 North 50
degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds West 169.92 feet to a point at Lot 259; thence along Lot
No. 259 North 4 degrees 22 minutes 42 seconds East 298.36 feet to a point in cul de sac
of Dogwood Terrace; thence along cul de sac by a curve to the left having a radius of 50.00
feet and an arc distance of 72.58 feet to a point the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.310 acres and designated as Lot 261, Section M, White Rock Acres.
