WHEREAS, ANGELO A. BRANOFF and PATRICIA M. BRANOFF of I Glenwood Drive East,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Carlson
Construction, Inc. of 1085 Country Club Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a building upon
premises commonly known as LOT P-8 CHERISH DRIVE, EAST PENNSBORO TWP. CAMP HILL,
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated r Uq. a0,14119 , recorded at Deed
Book , Page , in the Recorder's Office for CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as more
specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, AUGUST 24, 1999, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work
on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that
no lien shall be tiled against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the
materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to rile such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of Cherish Drive at the line of Lot No.
P-7 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing line, South 70 degrees 09
minutes 54 seconds West, 164.90 feet to a point at the line of lands now or formerly of Harry J. Martin;
thence along the eastern line of lands now or formerly of Harry J. Martin and John E. Baker, North 16
degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds West, 115.29 feet to a point at the line of Lot No. 11-9 on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said line, North 76 degrees I I minutes 47 seconds East, 168.70 feet
to a point at the western right-of-way line of Cherish Drive; Ihence along the western right-of-way line
of Cherish Drive, South 13 degrees 48 minutes 13 seconds East, 68.90 feet to a point; thence by a curve
to the left having a radius of 275.00 feet and an are distance of 28.95 feet to a point at the northern line
of Lot No. P-7, the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 17,682.53 square feet.
BEING Lot No. P-8, on the Final Plan of Floribunda Heights, Phase 11, Section VIII, and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 74,
Page 33.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to all casements, restrictions, encumbrances and
other matters of record or that which a physical inspection or survey of the premises would reveal.
