ACCUSED/SUSPECT
7/3/91 Preliminary hearing held at D.J. Correal. Victim testified that accused did not
grab her by the neck and that she failed to actually observe a knife. This is contrary to her
statement given to police at the time of complaint. Also testified that she dropped PFA filed
earlier.
Charge reduced to Simple Assault and Reckless Endangering. Bail continued at $5,000.
Case pending.
PFA filed on accused by legal services.
