STIPIILATIONAGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 30th day of August, 1999, by and between RIDGEVIEW
CUSTOM HOMES, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, and HERBERT G. WEAVER, hereinafter
referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a custom built
home on that certain lot of ground situate at Lot No. 16, Lisburn Meadows North, Monroe
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves
and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no
mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the
erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor,
for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish
the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any
of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

contained by signing the name of the business by himself as the owner.

BEGINNING at a concrete monument along Meadow Lane (a 50 feet wide right-of-way) at the
northeast comer of Lot No. 16 on the dividing line between Lot No. 16 and Lot No. 14 of the
aforementioned subdivision plan; thence along said dividing line South 85 degrees56 minutes 00
seconds East a distance of 462.21 feet to a point at the southeast comer of Lot No. 16; thence South
40 degrees 44 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of 324.75 feet to a point being the southwest
comer of Lot No. 16 on the dividing line between Lot No. 16 and Lot No. 18 on said subdivision
plan; thence along said dividing line North 82 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of
272.77 feet to a point being the northwest corner of Lot No. 16 along Meadow Lane (a 50 feet right-
of-way); thence along said Meadow Lane North 05 degrees 01 minutes 00 seconds East a distance
of 245.18 feet to a concrete monument at the dividing line between Lot No. 16 and Lot No. 14, the
point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 93,612.00 square feet or 2.15 acres.
