is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with

Contractors to the said Ron Trostle New Homes & Remodeling
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Anthony P. Barr and Debra D. Barr and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to Ron Trostle New Homes & Remodeling Contractors Paid
by Anthony P. Barr and Debra D. Barr , it is agreed that no lien shall be riled against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of ground situate in the Borough
of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point, an X marked in concrete, on the northerly
side of Sixteenth Street, which point is 490 feet, more or less,
from the northwest corner of Sixteenth Street and Simpson Ferry
Road, and on the line of Lot No. 10, Block "B" on the Plan of
Lots known as Zimmerman Acres; thence along line of Lot No. 10,
north 31 degrees 57 minutes west, a distance of 140 feet to a
stake for a corner; thence through the remainder of Lots Nos. 11
and 12, north 58 degrees 3 minutes east, a distance of 65 feet to
a stake for a corner; thence through the remainder of Lot No. 12,
south 31 degrees 57 minutes east, a distance of 140 feet to an X
marked in concrete, the northerly side of Sixteenth Street;
thence along the northerly side of Sixteenth Street, south 58
degrees 3 minutes west, a distance of 65 feet to an X marked in
the concrete, the place of Beginning.
BEING parts of Lots Nos. 11 and 12, Block "B" on the Plan of Lots
known as Zimmerman Acres, said plan being recorded in the
Cumberland County Plan Book 3, Page 51.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a one-story brick and frame dwelling house
known as No. 909 Sixteenth Street.
BEING the same premises which Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust
Company, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Ruth S. Paul
by Deed dated July 1, 1986 and recorded in Cumberland County, in
Deed Book A-32, page 25 conveyed unto Anthony P. Barr and Debra
D. Barr, his wife.
