Darin Varner, by and through his attorney, Keith A. Noll, Esq., and Maxwell
Law Offices, aver the following in support of this Suggestion of Bankruptcy and
Notice of Limited Appearance:
1. Defendant, Darin Varner, filed for voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy
protection on August 3, 1999. His case is docketed at No. 1-99-3348 in the United
States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
2. Pheasant Run Condo Association entered judgment against Mr.
Varner on August 31, 1999.
3. The filing of Mr. Varner's Bankruptcy Petition automatically stays any
enforcement of a debt owed by Mr. Varner, including the use of judicial process.
4. The undersigned enters an appearance in this action solely to inform
this Honorable Court that Mr. Varner has filed for bankruptcy protection.
