AND NOW, comes Plaintiff, Susan R. Mumma, Trustee, Robert M.
Mumma, II Grantor Retained Annuity Trust, by and through her

Mortgage Foreclosure, stating the following:
1. Plaintiff is Susan R. Mumma, Trustee, Robert M. Mumma, II
Grantor Retained Annuity Trust, whose current address is 244
North Lewisberry Road, Bowmansdale, PA 17008.
2. Defendant is Gemini Equipment Company, Inc., n/k/a Gemini
Equipment Business Trust, whose current business address is
Box E, Bowmansdale, PA 17008.
3. Defendant is the owner of that certain parcel of land which
is fully described on Exhibit A hereto, which is
incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth
(herein, the "Property").
4. On or about May 30, 1985, Defendant made, executed and
delivered a mortgage upon the Property (herein, the
"Mortgage") to Colston Nauman Moore, Spencer Gilbert Nauman,
Jr., and Ernest S. Burch, Trustee under the Will of Gertrude
Nauman, Deceased, and Spencer Gilbert Nauman, Jr., in his
own right (herein, the "Assignors"), which Mortgage is
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office
in Mortgage Book 779, Page 443.
5. On or about September 3, 1996, Assignors assigned the
Mortgage to Plaintiff by a written assignment which is
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office
in Misc. Book 529, Page 434.
6. There has been no further assignment of the Mortgage.
7. The Mortgage is in default because of Defendants failure to
make payments due thereunder.
8. The following amounts are due from Defendant under the
Mortgage:
