Whereas, WILLIAMS & WILL14MS REAL ESTATE, a General Partnership, with o8ces located in the
City of Scranton, PA 18505, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with CHARLES W.
GRIMM CONSTRUCTION, INC, of P.O. Bas X, Waymart, Pennsylvania, 18472 for the renovations to a
commercial building, upon a lot of land situate in Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, see Exhibit "A"
for the exact legal description.
Now, 1999, at the time ofand immediately before the execution ofthe
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said WILLIAMS & WILLIAMSREAL
ESTATE, a General Partnership to the said CHARLES W. GRIMM CONSTRUCTION, INC, to commence work
on the said building or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
CHARLES W. GRIMM CONSTRUCTION, INC., and the further consideration of one Dollar, to CHARLES W.
GRIMM CONSTRUCTION, INC, paid by WILLIAMS & WILLIAMSREAL ESTATE, a General Partnership,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of
the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased or extra labor or
materials purchasedfor the erection ofsaid building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of
Hampden, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the road bed of Trindle Road (Pa. Route
641) at the dividing line of land N/F of Farmers Trust Company
and the subject premises, said point also being 250 feet West of
the western right of way line of Fallowfield Road;
THENCE by land N/F of Farmers Trust Company and passing through an
iron pin offset 35.00 feet and located on the legal right-of-way
line of Trindle Road (S.R. 641) South 24 degrees, seventeen
minutes 00 seconds East 235 feet to a pin;
THENCE by line of land N/F of Hampden Industrial Development
Authority South 65 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds West 200.00 feet
to an iron pin;
THENCE by line of land N/F of Weis Markets, Inc., and passing
through an iron pin on the legal right-of-way line of Trindle
Road (S.R. 641) North 24 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West
235.00 feet to a point in the roadbed of Trindle Road;
THENCE through said roadbed North 65 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds
East 200.00 feet to a point, the place of beginning.

a General Partnership by deed of James Berlin and Madeline L.
