Defendant, C&A Fields Mechanicsburg, Inc., t/d/b/a Shoney's of Mechanicsburg, is believed to be a foreign corporation with an office located at 1016 Wilson Pike, Brentwood, Tennessee 37027. 3. Defendant owns and operates the Shoney's Restaurant located at 1 Shadow Oak Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055-2394. 4. Plaintiff is engaged in the business of selling and supplying produce to area businesses, including area restaurants such as Shoney's Restaurant. 5. From June 1998 to June 1999, Defendant ordered produce from Plaintiff, which Plaintiff delivered. 6. Despite taking receipt of the produce deliveries, Defendant has failed and/or refused to make payment for the produce deliveries. 7. As a result of Defendant's failure to make payment SAIDIS, SHUFF & MASLAND et -1AW 26 w. High strml Cerllele, PA for the produce deliveries, there is currently due and owing the sum of $20,809.31, which includes produce deliveries from June 1998 through January 1999, as well as interest on the outstanding balance. A true and correct copy of the statement reflecting the amount due is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference and marked as Exhibit A. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, James C.
