AND NOW to wit, on this 2nd day of June, 2014, it is hereby Ordered that the Alimony
Pendente Lite is suspended, effective May 22, 2014, pursuant to the Petitioner's request.
The account is suspended with a credit balance of $1,263.06. Should the Respondent
want to pursue collection of the credit balance; he must proceed according to PA RCP
1910.19(g) (2).
This Order shall become final twenty (20) days after the mailing of the notices of
the entry of the Order to the parties unless either party files a written demand with the
Office of the Prothonotary for a hearing de novo before the Court.
