T. Palmer, Registered Owner, and against ALL THAT CERTAIN tract
or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, known as 17 Columbia Avenue, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, and more particularly bounded and described in
Cumberland County Deed Book Q, Volume 28, Page 841, et sea.

compliance with said Resolutions, and the Municipal Claims Act of
1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et sec.
