MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR TOWNSHIP SERVICES AND SEWER RATER
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township, of 1220 Boiling Springs
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor,
James D. Bogar, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim
against Ray Lee Deitch and Linda V. Deitch, husband and wife,
adult individuals, owning property located at 6 Sinclair Road,
Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
their last known mailing address being: 6 Sinclair Road,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. Ray Lee Deitch and Linda V.
Deitch, husband and wife, are the owners of all that certain lot
of ground, including any improvements located thereon, being more
fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate in Monroe
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a pin at the center line of the improved
highway leading from Williams Grove to Trindle Road and at
lands now or formerly of R. C. Myers; thence South 08
degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of one
hundred one and eight-tenths (101.8) feet by said center
line to a point; thence South 69 degrees 15 minutes 00
seconds West, a distance of two hundred four and two-tenths
(204.2) feet to a pin at lands now or formerly of Elmer H.
Potteiger; thence North 8 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds
West, a distance of one hundred five and zero one-hundredths
(105.00) feet by lands of same to a pin, thence North 70
degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of two
hundred four one zero one-hundredths (204.00) feet by lands
now or late of said Myers to a pin, the point and place of
BEGINNING.
The above description is according to the survey of the
premises dated March 8, 1954, made by w. G. Rechel,
Registered Surveyor.
HAVING ERECTED THEREON a brick ranch type dwelling known and
numbered as 6 Sinclair Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Linda V. Fetters, now known as
Linda V. Deitch, by Deed dated January 28, 1993 and recorded

husband
and wife, owners.
Tax Property Map Parcel Number: 22-24-0783-013.
Monroe Township hereby files this Municipal Claim for
services and sewer rates levied and assessed from April 1, 1998,
through and including September 30, 1999 (second calendar quarter
of 1998 through and including first calendar quarter 1999). Said
Township services and sewer rates were levied and assessed
pursuant to Monroe Township Ordinance No. 96-10, as amended.
Attached hereto and incorporated herein is the latest statement
forwarded by Monroe Township to Ray Lee Deitch and Linda V.
Deitch for sewerage treated from April 1, 1998 through and
including September 30, 1999 (second calendar quarter 1998
through and including first calendar quarter 1999), which
services total is in the amount of $1,011.94, which sum was duly
assessed against Ray Lee Deitch and Linda V. Deitch, husband and
wife, and the real property described herein from the date of
said billing statement as attached hereto, and for which sum,
with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent, along with

penalties and all costs, and including attorneys' fees, a
municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real
property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923,
P.L. 207, Section 7, as amended, 53 P.S. Section 7101, et. seq.,
as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
