Father shall be entitled to periods of partial custody with the child on alternating weekends from Friday until Sunday, at times to be agreed upon by the parties. This alternating weekend schedule shall commence on Friday, January 7, 2000. Father agrees that during the weekends of partial custody the child shall sleep over at the paternal grandmother's residence, Vicki Jenkins, or at another residence as the parties may agree upon. Additionally, Father shall be entitled to periods of visitation one time during the week on a date and time to be agreed upon by the parties. During the mid-week visitation, Mother shall provide the transportation to and from Vicki Jenkins' house unless other arrangements are made between Mother and Vicki Jenkins. Father agrees that during the periods of time that he is exercising partial custody or visitation, that he shall not drink any alcoholic beverages. 3.
