cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Edward P. Ganssle and Christine K. Biddle
to the said Bucher & CI ugh Custom Builders, Inc.
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with and the further

consideration of One Dollar, to Bucher & CI ugh Custom Builders, Inc. paid
by Edward P. Ganssle and Christine K. Biddle . it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the .
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor. nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any.
labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived. t'

Silver Spring, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the Southern right-of-way line of Biddle Road
(T-571), at common corner of Lots Nos. 1 and 2 on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the division line between Lots Nos.
1 and 2 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, South 16 degrees 30
minutes 00 seconds East, 666.94 feet to a point marked by an iron pin;
thence continuing along the division line between Lots Nos. 1 and 2 on
said Plan, by other lands of Helen V. Biddle, South 73 degrees 30
minutes 00 seconds West, 248.06 feet to a point marked by an iron pin;
thence by the same, North 16 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, 300.00
feet to a point marked by an iron pin; thence by the same, North 73
degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, 213.06 feet to a point marked by an
iron pin; thence still by the same, North 16 degrees 30 minutes 00

of Biddle Road (T-571), aforementioned; thence along the Southern

East, 358.86 feet to an iron pin; thence by the same, South 73 degrees
30 minutes 00 seconds West, 213.06 feet to an iron pin; thence by the
same, South 16 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, 300.00 feet to an
iron pin; thence still along the division line between said Lots Nos. 5

feet to a point; thence by the same, in an Eastwardly direction by the
arc of a circle curving to the right, having a radius of 1030.0 feet,
the arc distance of 13.17 feet to a point; thence still along the

minutes 00 seconds East, 108.57 feet to a point marked by a monument in
