NOW. September 9, 1999 . at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract. and before any authority has been given by the said Michael L. Mansf ield and Al icon W.
Mansfield tothesaid J.W. Mumper Construction, Inc.
to commence work on the said building. or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Michael L. Mansfield and Alison W. Mansfield and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to J. W. Mumper Construction, Inc. paid
by Michael L. Mansfield and Alison W. Mansfield . it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor. or any sub-contractor. nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased. or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situated in the Township of
Upper Allen, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the southern dedicated right-of-way
line of Raven Hill Road at land now or formerly of Charles Lynn Freeman;
thence along said latter lands, South 4 degrees 50 minutes 23 seconds
East, a distance of 578.11 feet to a blazed tree at lands now or
formerly of Craig A. and Kathleen V. Doll; thence along said latter
lands the following two courses and distances: (a) North 84 degrees 3
minutes West, a distance of 372.83 feet to a fence post; and (b) North
35 degrees 57 minutes West, a distance of 311.96 feet to a rebar on the
southern dedicated right-of-way line of Raven Hill Road; thence along
said southern dedicated right-of-way line of Raven Hill Road, the
following three courses and distances: (a) North 35 degrees 59 minutes
East, a distance of 151.27 feet to a concrete monument; (b) on a curve
to the right having a radius of 165 feet, an arc distance of 106.42 feet
to a concrete monument; and (c) North 72 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds
East, a distance of 346.47 feet to a concrete monument on the same at
lands now or formerly of Charles Lynn Freeman, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 5.06 acres of unimproved land.
Being Lot No. 3 as shown on the Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan by
Richard S. Wilder entitled "Michael and Alison Mansfield Subdivision"
dated January 4, 1999, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 79, page
46.
Being the-same premises which Richard S. Wilder and Margaret M. Wilder, by their deed
dated September 10, 1999 and recorded immediately prior hereto, granted and conveyed
unto Mihcael L. Mansfield and Alison W. Mansfield, MORTGAGORS HEREIN.
