WHEREAS, Dwayne C. Lebo and Jennifer R. Lebo, ux of, 1704 Fisher Rd., Monroe Twp,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract,
with Musser Home Builders, Inc., of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling
house upon a lot of land situate in Monroe Twp., Cumberland County, Penna., Being known as Lot
#5 on a Final Subdivision Plan for Paul O. Lebo recorded in the Recorder's Office in Plan Book
79, Page 53

NOWjj?tdf, 1999, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Dwayne C. Lebo and
Jennifer R. Lebo to the said Musser Home Builder., Inc., to commence work on the said building,
or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with It
and the further consideration of One Dollar, to it paid by the Said Lebos it Is agreed that no lien
shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
