STIPUTATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the J_,29-day of September, 1999, by and
between Fred Wiegand Builder, of 3259 Creighton Drive, Manhein,
Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, AND Robert
Edward Todd and Rebecca Lynn Todd, of 236 North 26th Street, Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as owner, whereby the
former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single
family dwelling house on that certain lot of ground situate on
South View Drive, in Upper Allen Township, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 72, Section II,
Phase IV, said plan being recorded in Plan Book 78, Page 147.
Being the same premises which Cindy L. Arnold and Mark A. Knaub,
a partnership, by Deed dated September 6, 1999 and recorded
September , 1999 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds
Office in Deed Book , Page , granted and conveyed unto
Robert Edward Todd and Rebecca Lynn Todd.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar to it in hand paid by owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and
all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by
them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them and agree that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent
covenant.

caused these presents to be signed by its proper corporate
officers and its corporate seal to be affixed hereto, the day and
year above written.

Rebecca Lynn Todd, known to me (or satisfactorily proven) to be

therein contained.

be the person whose name is subscribed as Contractor, and who
acknowledges himself to be the person whose name is subscribed to
the within instrument and acknowledged that he as said
Contractor, being authorized to do so, executed the foregoing
statement for the purposes therein contained.
