Plaintiff is the record owner of the premises where defendant resides, having acquired 0 by sheriff's deed on June 25, 1999 pursuant to a sheriffs sale duly held in Cumberland County, on June 8, 1999. The sheriff s sale was authorized under the terms of a foreclosure action and iudtpnent' entered thereon in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County at 98 //6134. 4, The sheriffs deed conveying the premises to plaintiff was acknowledged by R.
