1. Plaintiff, The CIT Group/Consumer Finance, Inc. is a Pennsylvania corporation, with its
principal place of business located at 2000 Corporate Drive, Suite 365, Wexford, Pa.
2. Defendant, Joe Nesmith, Jr.is an individual residing at 424 Fairground Avenue, Carlisle,
Pa., (the "premises"), more fully described in the legal description attached as Exhibit "A".
3. Plaintiff is the record owner of the premises where defendant resides, having acquired 0
by sheriff's deed on June 25, 1999 pursuant to a sheriffs sale duly held in Cumberland County, on
June 8, 1999. The sheriff s sale was authorized under the terms of a foreclosure action and iudtpnent'
entered thereon in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County at 98 //6134.
4, The sheriffs deed conveying the premises to plaintiff was acknowledged by R. Thomas
Kline, Sheriff of Cumberland County on June 25, 1999, and was duly recorded in the office for the
recording of deeds of Cumberland County on July 3, 1999, in Deed Book 263, page 516.
5. Defendant has no valid legal right to possession of the premises.
6. Plaintiff claims the right to possession of the premises to the exclusion of the defendant.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff seeks judgment for possession of the aforesaid premises.
