WHEREAS, Klaus J. Barthel ("Owner")
of Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania,
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Haubect Homes, Inc. , a Pennsylvania
corporation of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
for the erection of a story residential. dwelling building upon a lot of land situate
and known as lot 9, Lisbucn Meadows Estates, Monroe Township, Cunberland
County, Pennsylvania, as more particularly described on Exhibit A, attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference
NOW September 17 19 99 . at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner
to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Owner and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to Contractor paid
by Owner , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by anv of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased. or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

BEGINNING at a point being the southwest comer of Lot No. 9 along Meadow Lane (50 foot wide
right-of-way) at the dividing line between Lot No. 9 and Lot No. 11 on the aforementioned
subdivision plan; thence along said dividing line North 29 degrees 39 minutes 38 seconds West a
distance of 352.50 feet to a point being the northwest comer of Lot No. 9; thence North 60 degrees
20 minutes 22 seconds East a distance of 310.61 feet to a point being the northeast corner of Lot No.
9 at the dividing line between Lot No. 9 and Lot No. 7; thence along said dividing line South 09
degrees 49 minutes 25 seconds East a distance of 371.85 feet to a point; thence continuing South 00

West, a distance of 72.42 feet to a point; thence continuing along Meadow Lane on a curve to the
left having a radius of 250.00 feet an are length of 89.94 and a delta of 20 degrees 36 minutes 43
seconds to a point being the southwest corner of Lot No. 9 and the point and place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 2.11 acres or 92,022 square feet.
