The Borough of Mount Holly Springs files this Municipal
Claim against Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Owner, and all that
certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by
it and described as follows:
3 Hill Street
Mount Holly Springs, PA 17065
Tax Property Map: 23-33-1942
Parcel Number: 002
for sewer, water and trash services rendered from December 15,
1997 through June 28, 1999. Said services were rendered
pursuant to Borough Code of Ordinances, Chapters XVIII, Part 2,
XXIV, Part 2 and IX, Part 1 as amended.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of

the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said
statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners'
account with the Borough of Mount Holly Springs, which sum of
$419.40 for the above period was duly assessed against the above
owner and premises beginning December 15, 1997 and for which
sum, with interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed
against the above premises in accordance with the Act of October
29, 1981, P.L. 319, No. 113, as amended.
