IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, George Gonzales, an adult individual, of Harrisburg, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania (the "Owner"), has executed or is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with 3-D Consultants, a Pennsylvania sole
proprietorship, with offices at 5'~'-q ~ li'~q~ )/'C t~r~l ~ , Pennsylvania (the
"Contractor"), for construction of a two story frame residential dwelling (the
"Improvements") on property known and numbered as 700 Indiana Avenue, Borough
of Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described on
Exhibit A attached hereto, incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof
(the "Premises").
NOW, July ~ , 2003, before any authority has been given by the Owner
to the Contractor to commence work on the Improvements, or to purchase materials
for the same, or to enter into any contracts with any subcontractors or materialmen, or
to authorize any purchases by or through any subcontractors or materialmen, in
consideration of the making of said contract with the Owner and the further
consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner, and with the intent
of all parties to be legally bound hereby, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against
the Improvements, the Premises, or any part thereof, by the Contractor or any
subcontractor, or by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased, for the
Improvements to the Premises (including hereafter changes made thereto), the right to
file liens being expressly waived.
It is the full intent of the Contractor, for itself and for any subcontractors or
materialmen claiming for themselves, or by, through or under the contract or the
Contractor, that the right to file a mechanic's lien, under the provisions of law and/or of
Acts of Assembly in such cases made and provided, for work done or materials
furnished in and about the construction of the Improvements to the Premises is hereby
waived.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Owner and Contractor have executed this

EXHIBIT A
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in the Borough of Lemoyne, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the southwest corner of Cumberland Road (also known as Indiana Avenue) and
Seventh Street; thence South thirty-three degrees seven minutes East (S 33° 07' E) along the westerly
line of Seventh Street one hundred fifty (150') feet to a point; thence South fifty-six degrees fifty-three
minutes West (S 56° 53' W) along the northerly line of Lot No. 18 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan
seventy-one (71') feet to a point; thence North thirty-six degrees fifty-six minutes West (N 36° 56' W)
along the easterly line of Lot No. 3 on said Plan one hundred fifty and forty-two hundredths (150.42') feet
to a point on the southerly line of Cumberland Road (Indiana Avenue); thence along the latter line North
fifty-six degrees fifty-three minutes East (N 56° 53' E) eighty-one (81') feet to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 4 on the Plan of Washington Heights - Reily Tract, said Plan being recorded in the
Recorder's Office of Cumberland County in Plan Book 7, Page 25.
BEING known and numbered as 700 Indiana Avenue, Lemoyne, PA 17043
BEING the same premises granted and conveyed by deed dated July 11,2002, recorded July 17, 2002,
in Cumberland County Deed Book 252, Page 3573, unto George Gonzales.
