DECREE
AND NOW, this 13th day of April, 2007, after a hearing on the Petition of the
Salvation Army to Appoint Successor Trustee for the purpose of conveying real estate
located at 45 Army Heritage Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17015,
and the evidence having proven that the premises and buildings at 45 Army Heritage
Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17015, have not been continuously
operated as a mission as required by the trust established in the Deed to the property
dated April 21, 1954 and recorded in Deed Book 15, Volume S, Page 256 in the Office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania;
And further that the premises and buildings have been abandonedcqs a missidn,

been held at the premises for a period in excess of one year;
IT IS HEREBY DECREED:

a. That William A. Duncan, Esquire is appointed as Successor Trustee to the
"Church of the Open Door" and;
b. William A. Duncan, Esquire his hereby authorized to execute a Deed
conveying the real estate at 45 Army Heritage Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania to the "The Salvation Army, a New York Corporation" to effectuate the
terms of the trust for the benefit of the mission known as the "Church of the Open
Door" as set forth in the Deed dated April 21, 1954 and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County at Deed Book 15, Volume S, Page 256.
