The Plaintiff, METHODE DEVELOPMENT CO., DATAMATE DIVISION, Subsidiary of METHODE ELECTRONICS
INC., by its attorneys, KNUPP, KODAK & IMELUM, P.C., brings this action of Assumpsit against the Defendant to recover
the sum of ONE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY-FIVE CENTS ($1,737.55), along
with interest thereon from October 19, 1998, upon a cause of action of which the following Is a statement:
1. The Plaintiff, METHODE DEVELOPMENT CO., DATAMATE DIVISION, Is a Subsidiary of METHODE
ELECTRONICS, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, having an office and place
of business at 7444 West Wilson Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60656.
2. The Defendant, GARRETT ELECTRONICS CORP., is a corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having its principal office and place of business at 149 Geary Avenue, New Cumberland,
Pennsylvania 17070.
3. On the dates, in the amounts, and for the prices set forth in a true and correct copy of the Plaintiff's Invoices
and Statement of Account hereto attached, made a part hereof and respectively marked Exhibits "A" and "B", Plaintiff, at the
special Instance and oral request of the Defendant, sold and delivered goods, wares and merchandise of the kind and description
set forth on said Exhibit to the total amount of SIX THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLARS AND NINETY-
FOUR CENTS ($6,970.94).
4. The prices charged for said goods, wares and merchandise were just and reasonable, were the legal and market
prices therefor and were the prices which the Defendant orally promised and agreed to pay Plaintiff therefor.

S. Due to Defendant's default in payment of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, interest has been added to
said account In the total amount of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND SIXTY-ONE CENTS ($334.61).
6. Due to Defendant's default in payment of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, Plaintiff was forced to seek
remedy in the lower Court thereby incurring costs in the amount of ONE HUNDRED TIE RTY-TWO ($132.00) DOLLARS, for
which Defendant is liable.
7. Defendant did make payment on account in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED ($5,700.00)
DOLLARS thereby reducing the balance due as set forth hereinbelow.
8. The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff is the sum of ONE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED
THRTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY-FIVE CENTS ($1,737.55).
9. Plaintiff has frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, but
Defendant has refused and neglected and still refuses and neglects to pay said amount of any part thereof.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff brings this suit to recover from Defendant the sum of ONE THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED
THIRTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY-FIVE CENTS ($1,737.55), together with interest thereon from October 19, 1999.
