MUNICIPAL CLAIM FOR SEWER
The Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania by and through its solicitor,
Donn L. Snyder, Esquire, hereby riles its claim for unpaid sewer charges and the imposition of
attorney fees and costs and sets forth its claim as follows:
Statement of Claim
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is the Borough of
Camp Hill, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices located at
2145 Walnut Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. The name or names of the owner or owners, or reputed owner or owners of
the property against which this claim is filed is/are (jeorge M. Turner.
3. A description of Ilse property against which this claim is filed is the house
and property known as and numbered 2200 1larvard Avenue, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
4. The claim Im collection of these unpaid amounts is based upon the
Municipal Claims Act, 53 P.S. p 7101, ei seq.

5. All acts, conditions, events and things required to be done under and by the
Borough of Camp Hill have been done and performed in due and legal form so as to entitled the
Borough of Camp Hill to a lien for the payment of the amounts for which this claim is filed.
6. In accordance with the Municipal claims and Tax Liens Act, 53 P.S. §7101,
et seq., the Borough of Camp Hill has mailed both thirty-day and ten-day notices to the owner(s)
or reputed owner(s) of the property described in paragraph 3. A true and correct copy of the
notices are attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A".
7. The sewer rate was charged for sewer service furnished to the above-
described property connected to the Borough of Camp Hill sanitary sewer system during the period
from December, 1995 through present.
8. The amount of the charges due under this claim are as follows:
a. sewer charge at $120 per year in $60 bi-annual payments $480
b. sewer penalty and interest $37
C. attorney fee in accordance with 53 P. S. §7106(a.1)
and Camp Hill Borough Ordinance No. 968 $135
d. filing fees $ 24

Please be advised that the undersigned is the solicitor for the Borough of Camp Hill. Borough
Ordinance § 168-12 states that all owners of property connected with the sewer lines and the public sewage
system must pay a sewer rental fee. If the sewer rental fee is not paid within thirty days after it is due, a ten
percent penalty shall be charged. If the sewer rental fee is not paid within sixty days after it is due, an
additional interest charge at the rate of one-half of one percent per month, or fraction thereof, shall accrue.
Borough Ordinance § 168-13.
The Borough records indicate that the sewer rental fees due on the above-referenced property total
$517. An account history for the fees charged is available from Mary Beth Helms at the Camp Hill Borough
office.
If the amount due is not paid within ten days of the date of this notice, the Borough intends to file a lien
against the above-referenced property and impose and assess attorney fees. The filing of the lien and the
additional imposition of the attorney's fees may be avoided by sending full payment within ten days to:
