Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 72, Page 14, and as more fully described in a deed
from Eric L. Sechrist (joined by Stephanie J. Sechrist, his wife) dated September
1999, and recorded in the Recorderts Office aforesaid prior to the filing of the.
within stipulation.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, jor and in consideration of
the sum of(J1.00) Dollar to 1 t in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL that certain lot of unimproved land situated in the
Borough of Mechanicsburg, county of cumbarland and Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern side of Jenne Court at
the dividing line between Lots Nos. 2 and 3 an shown on the
hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence along said dividing
line between Lots Noe. 2 and 3, North 24 degrees 36 minutes West,
a distance of 110 feet to a point at lands of others; thence
along said letter lands, North 65 degrees 24 minutes East, a
distance of 90 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots
Nos. 2 and 1 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan.of lots;
thence along said dividinq line between Lots Nos. 2 and 1, South
24 degrees 36 minutes East, a distance of 110 feet to a point on

SAID premises are conveyed under and Subject, nevertheless,
