building by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to wit:
BE00'MG at a point on the eastern line of the cul-de-sac of General Knipe Circle, a 50
foot wide street, said point also being the northeastern corner of Lot Nn. 41; THENCL+
along said cul-de-sac along a curve to the left having a radius of 65.00 and nn are length
of 166,82 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of North 21 degrees 68 minutes 25
seconds West a distance of 124.66 feet to a point, said point also being the, southwestern
corner of Lot No. 43; THENCE along the southern line of said lot North 67 degrees 40
minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 232.58 feet to a point, said point also being on the
western line of lands NIF Theodore E. Laukemann; THENCE along the western line of
said lands South 02 degrees 29 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 394.95 feet to a
concrete monument, said monument also being the southeastern corner bf Lot No. 41;
THENCE along the northeastern line of said lot North 38 degrees 27 minutes 05 seconds
West a distance of 243.39 feet to a point, the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 41,718.44 square feet or 0.9677 acres.
SAID Lot is subject to a wetlands easement covering the bottom corner, as shown in
greater detail on the Final Subdivision Plan Sheet 2 of 8 of Phase TI of the Signal, Hill
