STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 28th of September, 1999, by and
between James W. Mumper Construction, Inc.,
AND
Steven J. Skarupa and Linda E. Skarupa, hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and
construct a single family dwelling on that certain lot of ground
situate in

NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to James W. Mumper Construction, Inc. in hand paid by owner, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further
consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for
themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting
through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's
liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of
them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished
by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for,
towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said
buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor,
for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby
expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of:
Lower Allen, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin set on the southweaternmost dedicated
right-of-way line of Sheepford Road ('I'-646), said pin marking the
common point of adjoinder of the within described tract, said
right-of-way line, and lands now or formerly of Robert Shultz;
thence departing from the Sheepford Road right-of-way line, and
extending along lands now or formerly of Robert Shultz the
following two courses and distances: South twenty-six degrees
fifty-nine minutes thirteen seconds West IS 26 degrees.. 59' 13"
W), for a distance of one hundred ninety-eight and thirty-revers
hundredths feet (198.37') to a concrete monument; thence
continuing South twenty-four degrees five minutes twenty-seven
seconds East IS 24 degrees 5' 2711 E), for a distance of one
hundred forty-eight and sixty-eight hundredths feet (148.68'1 to
an iron pill at Lot Ill on the hereinafter mentioned plan of.
