AND NOW, this 3o` day of 5kv-(-- 1999, upon consideration of the attached
Stipulation, custody of the minor child, ARON LEE SHENK, bom July 2, 1986, age 13, is as
follows:
1.
The parents, David Lee Shenk and Martina Louise Lebo, will enjoy joint legal custody of
Aron Lee Shenk.
2.
Primary physical custody of Aron Lee Shenk will be with her father, David Lee Shenk,
and she will reside at his residence and attend school in the Big Spring School District.
3.
The mother, Martina Louise Lebo, will enjoy periods of temporary physical custody of
Aron Lee Shenk as the parties agree are in her best interest.

CUSTODY STIPULATION
AND NOW, thistday of4N 999, the parties, DAVID LEE SHENK
and MARTINA LOUISE LEBO hereby enter into the following Custody Stipulation regarding
their minor child, ARON LEE SHENK:
The plaintiff is David Lee Shenk, an adult individual residing at 190 Meadows Road,
Lower Mifflin Township, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17241.

The defendant is Martina Louise Lebo, an adult individual residing at 4544 Duffield
Road, Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania 17201.

The parties are the natural parents of Aron Lee Shenk, age 13, born July 2, 1986, in
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

The parties believe that the best interest of Aron Lee Shenk require that she reside with
the plaintiff, David Lee Shenk, and that she attend school in the Big Spring School District.
5.
The parties hereby agree that custody of Aron Lee Shenk will be as follows:
A. The parties will enjoy joint legal custody of Aron;
B. The father, David Lee Shenk, will have primary physical custody of
Aron Lee Shenk, who will reside with her father and attend school
at Big Spring School District.
C. The mother, Martina Louise Lebo, will have periods of temporary
physical custody of Aron Lee Shenk as the parties agree are in her
best interest.
6.
Neither party will seek child support for Aron Lee Shenk from the other.
Intending to be legally bound, the parties enter their hands and seals the date first set forth
above.
