JUDGMENT NOTE 710 9'1-

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay to the
order of BURNADETTA I. BIXLER and VIVIAN BETHEA BIXLER, on
demand, and upon its default of a certain Standard Agreement for
the Sale of Real Estate concerning Unit #61-2 Creek Bank Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, dated September
21, 1999, at the offices of Feeman, Meiscs 6 Hopstetter, 247
South Eighth Street, Lebanon, PA 17042, or at such other place as
any holder of this Note may designate in writing, the sum of ONE
HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-ONE DOLLARS
($199,761.DO), or such sum which has been advanced by Burnadetta
I. Bixler and Vivian Bethea Bixler, to the undersigned in
connection with the above-referenced Agreement.
If this Note is placed in an attorney's hands for
collection, or collected by a suit or through a bankruptcy, or
probate, or any other court, either before or after maturity,
then in any of said events, there shall be paid to the holder of
this Note reasonable attorney's fees, equal to five percent (58)
of the total due and owing including principal and interest, and
all costs and other expenses (including without limitation, such
fees, costs, and expenses of litigation, including appeals
incurred by said holder in enforcing the terms of this Note.
The maker, signer, and endorser of this Note waives demand,
presentment, notice of dishonor, diligence in collection, notice
of protest, and agrees to all extensions and partial payments
before or after maturity without prejudice to the holder.

And further, the maker of this Note does hereby empower any
Prothonotary of any Court of Record of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and with or without a declaration filed to confess a
judgment or judgments in favor of the holder of this Note, their
executors, administrators, heirs or assigns and against the maker
for the total due including principal, attorney's fees and costs,
with a full release of all errors and without stay of execution
after any default as aforesaid.

Bethea Bixler, by virtue of a certain Note in the face amount of
One Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty-one
Dollars ($199,761.00), dated September JZ, 1999, certify that my
income does exceed $10,000 per annum and/or that I knowingly and
voluntarily executed the confession of judgment contained in the
face of the above-enumerated Note fully understanding and in full
agreement that the aforesaid Note shall be recorded as a judgment
against me with the Prothonotary of Cumberland County, by
Burnadetta I. Bixler and Vivian Bethea Bixler.
