WAIVER OF LIENS
WHEREAS, Kostyak Home Builders, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania ("Contractor"),
entered Into a contract with Joseph Ragno and Alba Ragno, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania
("Owners"), to provide materials and perform labor necessary for construction of a house
("Project") upon a lot of ground located in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, at Lot N 44, Section 2-B, Forgedale Crossing Development.
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the parties, as
part of the contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
contractor, nor any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said contractor for this Project, shall file alien, commonly called a
mechanics' lien, for work done or materials furnished for the Project or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within
ten days after date, in accordance with the requirements of the act of Assembly of
Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Waiver of Wens this
- 30 day of September, 1999.
