MOTION TO TRANSFER FILE FROM DAUPHIN COUNTY TO CUMBERLAND
COUNTY
In the above-captioned matter, the Plaintiff seeks to transfer Plaintiffs file from Dauphin
County to Cumberland County.
1. The Plaintiff, Crystal Ensslin, and Defendant, Dennis Ensslin, were married on
September 9, 1994.
2. The Plaintiff and Defendant lived together for only five months, until January 1995.
3. The Defendant resided in various counties in Pennsylvania until January 1995, and his
current address is unknown. Since January 1995, Plaintiff has had no contact with the
Defendant.
4. The Plaintiff resided in Dauphin County. However, the Plaintiff currently resides in
Cumberland County and resided in Cumberland County at the time the Complaint in Divorce
was filed on September 27, 1999. Inadvertently, the Complaint was filed in Dauphin County.
5. The Plaintiff seeks to have Plaintiffs file transferred from Dauphin County to
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, CRYSTAL ENSSLIN, requests that Plaintiff's rile be
transferred from Dauphin County to Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

7. There has been no prior action for divorce or annulment of the marriage between the
parties hereto in this or any other jurisdiction.
8. The Plaintiff and Defendant are both citizens of the United States of America.
9. The Defendant is not a member on active duty of the Armed Forces of the United
States of America nor any of its allies, or is otherwise within the provisions of the Soldiers and
Sailors Civil Relief Act of Congress of 1940 and its amendments.
10. The Plaintiffs Social Security number is 229-39-8369.
11. The Defendant's Social Security number is unknown.
12. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
13. The Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that the Plaintiff may
have
the right to request that the Court require the parties to participate in counseling.

In the above-captioned matter, the Plaintiff seeks to waive the requirement of the
Defendant's Social Security on the Complaint for an Action in Divorce.
1. The Plaintiff, Crystal Ensslin, and Defendant, Dennis Ensslin, were married on
September 9. 1994.
2. The Plaintiff and Defendant lived together for only five months, until January 1995.
3. During the alorementioned five month period, the Plaintiff and Defendant did not file
a joint tax return.
4. The Plaintil'I'does not have any records or documentation containing the Defendant's
Social Security number. and knows of no other person or source that may contain the
Defendant's Social Security number.

5. Since January 1995, Plaintiff has had no contact with the Defendant.
6. The Plaintiff has no knowledge of Defendant's residence or whereabouts.
7. Plaintiffs attomcy has looked up the Defendant's name under directory assistance in
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and directory assistance in all of the neighboring counties to no avail.
8. Plaintiffs attomcy has completed intemet searches for Harrisburg, for Pennsylvania,
and for the entire United States, to no avail
9. Plaintiffs attomcy has searched voter registration records in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
to no avail
10. Plaintiffs altontcy lilts contacted driver's registration in Pennsylvania to no avail.

Defendants Social Security number on the Divorce Complaint be waived..
