WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into between:
W.E.B. Contracting, Inc, 'CONTRACTOR' of 71 Sherwood Circle, Enole, PA 17025 and
Eugene W. Shellemen 'OWNERS' of 70 Oliver Road, Enola, PA 17025
whereby the said contractor undertook and agreed to perform certain construction work and to provide
certain materials and perform certain work necessary to erect a dwelling for the price or sum of
$ 51,100.00 on owner's lot situated at 70 Oliver Road, Enole, PA 17025.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, That the said contractor for and In
consideration of the sum of One (81.00) to him in hand paid by the said owners, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and further consideration as agreed upon, for him, his sub-contractors and all parties
acting through or under him, by him, or any of them, against the said house of the owners situated as
above stated, and the plot of ground appurtenant thereto, for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by him, or any of them, under said contract or otherwise, for towards, In or about the said
construction and work at the said house of the owners, and the said contractor for himself and his sub-
contractors, and others under him, hereby expressly waives and relinquishes the right to have, file or
maintain any mechanics' lien or claim against the sold house and the plot of ground, and agrees that this
agreement waiving the right of lion shall be an Independent contract.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situate in East Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in
accordance with a survey by Ernest J. Walker, Professional
Engineer, dated July 18, 1977, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the East side of Oliver Road, said point
being 554.96, feet South of the Southeast corner of Louis Lane,
North and Oliver Road; thence along the dividing line between
premises No. 71 and 70 Oliver Road, North 44 degrees East 110 feet
to a point on the West side of Lot No. 88 on the hereinafter
mentioned plan of lots; thence along the same South 46 degrees' East
64 feet to a corner of premises known as 69 Oliver Road; thence
along said premises South 44 degrees West 110 feet to a point on
the East side of Oliver Road, aforesaid; thence along the same
North 46 degrees West 64 feet to the point and Place of BEGINNING.
BITING Lot No. 70 on the Plan of Louis Park, said Plan recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book 5, Page 50.
HAVING THEREON erected a one story frame dwelling known as No.
70 Oliver Road, Enola, PA 17025.
UNDER AND SUBJECT TO THE RESTRICTION that the premises shall
remain owner occupied for a period of twenty-five(25) years from
the date.of this conveyance.
