WHEREAS, James P. Delbridge and Donna C. Delbridge, of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania (herein "Owner") Is about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract, with Haubert Homes, Inc., Inc. of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania (herein "Contractor'), for the construction of a building upon Lot No. 201,
Phase 3, Penn Valley, East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
more particularly set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, Se p 1. a-/ 1999, at the time of and Immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by said
Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner
and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar in hand paid to Contractor by Owner
It Is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any of the material-men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of
said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

SCHEDULE C
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township
of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
more particularly bounded and described as follows to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Elm Drive
(50' wide) at the dividing line between Lots No. 200 and No. 201 as shown on the
hereinafter mentioned plan; thence along the eastern right-of-way line of Elm
Drive North 09 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 89.00' feet to
a point; thence by a curve, curving to the right having a radius of 25.00' feet and
an arc length of 38.94' feet to a point on the southern right-of-way line of
Maplewood Lane (50' wide); thence along the southern right-of-way line of
Maplewood Lane North 80 degrees 14 minutes seconds East a distance of 75.36'
feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots No. 201 and 202 Phase 1,
recorded in Plan Book 67, Page 20; thence along the dividing line between Lots
No. 201 and No. 202 South 09 degrees 09 minutes 52 seconds East a distance
of 114.99' feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots No. 200, No. 201 and
No. 202; Phase 1, Plan of Penn Valley aforementioned; thence along the dividing
line between Lots No. 200 and No. 201 South 81 degrees 00 minutes 00
seconds West a distance of 100.32' feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way
line of Elm Drive, said point being the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 201 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of
Penn Valley, Phase 3. Recorded in Plan book 78, Page 114.
BEING PART OF THE SAME premises which became vested In
Logan's Run Association, a Pennsylvania General Partnership, by virtue of a
deed dated 6/23/98 and recorded 6/30/98 in Cumberland County Records in
Deed Book 180 at Page 263.
