WHEREAS, JAMES J. ALDERMAN and LISA D. ALDERMAN of 936 Herman Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with JIM
MILLER, BUILDER of 215 Old York Road, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a building upon
premises commonly known as 1773 NORTH MEADOW DRIVE, UPPER ALLEN TOWNSHIP
MECHANICSBURG, CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated
recorded at Deed Book , Page , in the Recorder's Office for
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated
herein and attached hereto.
NOW, OCTOBER 8, 1999, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work
on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that
no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the
materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals die day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Upper Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern dedicated right-of-way line
of North Meadow Drive, said point being on the dividing line
between Lot Nos. 49 and 1530 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of
Lots; thence along said dividing lino North 42.degrees'02 minutes
19 seconds East, two hundred and six one-hundredths (200.06) feet
to a point: thence South 47 degrees 27 minutes Jl seconds East,
one hundred twenty-five and zero one-hundredths (125.00) feet to
a point; thence South 42 degrees 72 minutes 79 soconde'Weet, two
hundred and six one-hundredths (200.06) feet to,a point on the
northern dedicated right-of-way line of North'Moadow Drive;
thence continuing along same North 47 degrees 27 minutes 91
saconds West, one hundred twenty-five and zero one-hundredths
(125.00) feet to a point on the dividing line between Lot Nos. 49
and 153C on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, the place of
BEGINNING.
- BEING Lot Nn. 1530. in Section II, Phase III, Final Subdivision
Plan of Maadowview Estates, said Plan being recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office in Plan Book 72, Page
52.
