STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Keith A. and Donna M. Hunter, 6349 Concord Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17035. are about
to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with S & Homes, 1147 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
17013, for the erection of a building situate at Lot No. 52 of West Eppley Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
ALL that following tract of land situated in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
bounded and described in accordance with a surrey prepared by John K. Bixler, IIh R.S., dated April 9, 1998 and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Dccds for Cumberland County in Plan [look 77, ['age 141, revised October
19,1998:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in northern dedicated right-of-way line of West Eppley Drive at corner of Lot No. 51.
Section 2-B, on plan of Forgedale Crossing; thence along [.of No. 51, North 03 degrees 17 minutes 08 seconds West
152.00 feet to an iron pin; thence along Lot No. 50 on said plan. North 86 degrees 42 minutes 52 seconds East
100.00 feet to an iron pin: thence along Lot No. 54 and 53. Section 2-B, Forgedale Crossing, South 03 degrees 17
minutes 08 seconds East 152.00 feet to an iron pin on northern right-of-way line of West Eppley Drive: thence along
said northern right-of-way line of West Eppley Drive, South 86 degrees 42 minutes 52 seconds West 100.00 feet to
an iron pin at Lot No. 51. Section 2-B, the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 15.200 square feet and designated as Lot No. 52. Section 2-11 of Plan of Forgedale Crossing
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed Book G, Volume 32, Page 218.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties stipulate and agree as part of the contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor. any sub-contractor or materialman, nor any other person furnishing
labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for
work done or materials fumished to the building and improvements or any pan thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be tiled with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania.
