holder of the Note. A true and correct copy of the Assignment of Loan Agreement is attached hereto, made
part hereof and marked as Exhibit "B".
6. The Note contains a warrant of attorney which authorizes the entry of judgment by
confession against Defendant and in favor of Meridian, its successors and assigns.

We represent Atlantic National Trust, LLC doing business as Atlantic Capital Investments,
successor in interest to First Union National Bank, successor in interest to Meridian Bank. The
purpose of this letter is to notify you that you are in default of your obligations to the lender and
demand immediate payment.
By Note dated June 8, 1994, Streetguard, Inc. borrowed $267,894.27 and agreed to repay that
loan, with interest, in monthly installments of $3,584.93 with a final installment due on June 8,
1999. You have been in default of this loan for a substantial period of time and the loan has now
matured. As a result, all outstanding sums are now due and payable as follows:
Principal: $186,417.07
Interest to September 27, 1999: 5 14,091.10
Late Charges: S 2.206.21
Total: $202,714.35

You are also responsible to reimburse the lender for all fees and costs that it incurs in
connection with the collection of the outstanding sums. To the extent that payment is not made
immediately, those fees and costs may become substantial. Therefore, we encourage you to satisfy
the outstanding balance immediately.
As a result of your default, interest shall begin accruing at the default rate of interest which
is 2% above the fixed rate, of interest set forth in the Note. Therefore, commencing on October 11,
1999, assuming that the loan remains in default, interest will accrue at the rate of 12.5%.
In addition, the lender has a right to confess judgment and take other action which may be
adverse to your interests as a result of your default. The lender intends to take such action if this
loan is not satisfied by October 11, 1999.
When you are prepared to satisfy the outstanding balance, please let us know and we will
update interest calculations and advise you of the amount for which you are responsible on account
of the lender's attorney fees and costs.
This loan was guaranteed by John K. Rich and Linda M. Rich individually. Accordingly,
a copy of this demand letter is being forwarded to them.
