STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
1918 AGREEMENT made this 25th day of October, 1999, by and between ERIC C. PEIFER,
hereinafter referred to as Couulietor, and ERIC C. PEIFER and JESSICA A. PEIFER, hereinafter referred
to as Owners, wherdry the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single dwelling house on
that certain lot of ground situate in the Township of Lower Allen, County of Cumberland,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvinia, a description of whic? is attached hereto.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH; that the said Contractor, for and
in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to ERIC C. PEIFER, Contractor, in hand paid by
Owners, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in this
Agreement aforesaid for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of
them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work
done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in or
about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said
Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file and maintain any mechanic's lien or claims against the said buildings or
any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain tract of land, situate in the Township of Lower Allen, County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin located along the dedicated right-of-way line of L.R. 21014,
also known as Lisburn Road, said iron pin located at the boundary between Lot No. 12 and Lot
No. 13 of the Final Subdivision Plan of Yellow Breeches Farm, recorded in Plan Book 34 at Page
56; thence South 15 degrees 24 minutes 09 seconds West a distance of 383.43 feet along said
right-of-way line to an iron pin located at the boundary between Lot No. 11 and Lot No. 12 of
said Subdivision Plan; thence North along Lot Nos. 11 and 10 of said Subdivision Plan North 39
degrees 03 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 405.10 feet to an iron pin; thence along Lot
No. 10 of said Subdivision Plan North 74 degrees 35 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 100
feet to a concrete monument; thence North 15 degrees 24 minutes 09 seconds East a distance of
150 feet to an iron pin; thence along Lot No. 13 of said Subdivision Plan South 74 degrees 35
minutes 51 seconds East a distance of 429.66 feet to an iron pin at the dedicated right-of-way line
of L.R. 21014, also known as Lisburn Road, the point and place of BEGINNING.
SAID parcel being Lot No. 12 as set forth in the Final Subdivision Plan of Yellow
Breeches Farm, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 34 at Page 56.
BEING part of the same premises which Charles C. Townsend and Provident National
Bank, Co-Executors of the Will of Claire F. Kremer, deceased, by their deed dated May 15,
1978, and recorded May 19, 1978 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 27, Vol. "U" at Page 425, granted and conveyed unto
Keith E. Peifer and Saundra M. Peifer, husband and wife.
