Barninger who currently resides at 137 Henry Road, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. The Defendant is Bridget A. Barninger, who currently resides at 4 Marshall Drive, Apt. 3K, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint. 4. The Plaintiff and Defendant are both citizens of the United States of America. 5. The Defendant is not a member of the Armed Services of the United States or any of its allies. 6. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on January 13, 1993, in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 7. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment between the parties. 8. The marriage is irretrievably broken. 9. Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of counseling and that the Plaintiff may have the right to request that the Court require the parties to participate in counseling.
