STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this 7¢ S' day of 2-6 1999, by
and between RONALD L. SNYDER, INC. hereinafter referred to as
Contractor,
AND
JACRIE L. REED, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the
contractor undertook and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling
on the certain lot of ground situate in Upper Mifflin Township,
Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully
described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof known as Lot #3 Mountain Road, Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

contained.

Exhibit A
ALL the following described real estate lying and being situate in Upper Mifflin
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, referred to as Lot No. 3, more
particularly bounded and described in accordance with Subdivision plan entitled
"Final Subdivision Lee E. Clouser prepared by Wilbur H. Clifton, Professional
land Surveyor, which said Subdivision Plan has been approved by the appropriate
municipal authorities and is recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 77, Page
51, as follows:
BEGINNING at a parker kalon nail set In the centerline of pubic road known and
designated as Township Road T-383 (also known as Mountain Road) at common
corner of the within described lot and Lot No. 2; thence along common boundary
line of Lot No. 2, North hventy-three (23) degrees one (01) minute twenty-four (24)
seconds West, four hundred two and eighty-six hundredths (402.86) feet to an iron
pin in line of land now or formerly of Edgar Heckman; thence along line of land
now or formerly of Edgar Heckman and along other lands of the Grantors, North
forty-nine (49) degrees nineteen (19) minutes twenty-three (23) seconds East, two
hundred fifty- and zero hundredths (250.00) feet to an iron pin, common corner of
Lots No. 3 and 4; thence along common boundary line of Lots No. 3 and 4, south
twenty-three (23) degrees zero (00) minutes twenty-two (22) seconds East, four
hundred two and forty-eight hundredths (402.48) feet to a parker kalon nail set in
centerline of Mountain Road; thence along centerline of Mountain Road, South
forty-nine (49) degrees thirteen (13) minutes and zero hundredths 250.00 feet to the
point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which Lee A. Clouse (a/k/a Lee Andrew Clouse) and
Patricia A. Clouse (a/k/a Patricia Ann Clouse), husband and wife, by deed dated
July 8, 1999, which Deed is recorded In the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County in Deed Book 204, Page 3, granted and conveyed to Jackie
L. Reed, single person, Borrower herein.
