STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this c l6 day of Qbe: -4999, by and
between NORTHERN CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATES, a pa tnership,
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
WALTER F. WILLIAMS AND JANET L. WILT, single persons, hereinafter
referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed
to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground
situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot #2 River Bend,
East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto..'for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or lot of land situate in East Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; designated as Unit No. 2 on the
Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan by Rettew Associates, for River Bend, a Planned
Community dated November 15, 1996, last amended January 7, 1999 and recorded
in the office of the Recorder of Deeds In and for Cumberland County on February
24, 1999, in Plan Book 78, Page 75, and being designated as Unit No. 2 in a
Declaration of River Bend, a Planned Community, dated October 9,1998 and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, in
Misc. Book 591, Page 477, being further bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right of way line of Halyard and the
northern right of way line of Belle Vista Drive; thence along said right of way line of
Belle Vista Drive the following two (2) courses and distances: 1. South 75 degrees
23 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 24.49 feet to a point; 2. South 63 degrees
45 minutes 01 seconds West a distance of 60.31 feet to a point; at a corner of Lot 5
Meminger Subdivision; thence along said lot the following three (3) courses and
distances: 1. North 26 degrees 14 minutes 59 seconds West a distance of 30.00 feet
to a point; 2. North 83 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 135.92 feet
to a point; 3. North 29 degrees 54 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of 152.32 feet
to a point at a corner of Lot 3; thence along sold lot the following two (2) courses
and distances: 1. North 84 degrees 03 minutes 28 seconds East a distance of 279.15
feet to a point; 2. South 64 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 60.98
feet to a point on the western right of way line of Halyard; thence along said right of
way the following three (3) courses and distances: 1. By a line curving to the left,
having a radius of 270.00 feet, an arc length of 130.13 feet, and a chord bearing of
South 11 degrees 56 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 128.87 feet to a point; 2.
South 88 degrees 07 minutes 42 seconds West a distance of 5.00 feet to a point; 3. By
a line curving to the left, having a radius of 275.00 feet, an are length of 17.56 feet,
and a chord bearing of South 03 degrees 42 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of
17.56 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING the some premises which River Bend Management Limited Partnership
granted and conveyed to Walter F. Williams and Janet J. Wilt, single persons,
Borrowers herein.
