of 670 St. John's Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011, parties of the
second part,

Owner, whereby thefonnerundertook and agreed to erect and construct a commercial (dental) office
building
on that certain lot of ground situate in
the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
as more fully described in deed from Frank 0. Keister, widower, to Owners, dated
November 18, 1992, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on November 24, 1992, in Deed Book "Z",
Volume 35, Page 990 et seq., said description therein contained being incorporated
herein by reference thereto;
NOIV T11EREFORE, T111S AGREF.,IIENT 1111T:VESSET11: That the said Contractor, for and inconsideration of
the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under th^m, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or my of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on accmu t of any hcork done or materials fianished by theca or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings an the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any anrhanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them, and agree that this instrument, umiving to right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
