BAREFOOT CUSTOM HOMES, Contractor WHEREAS, JOHN CONSEVAGE and TERRI CONSEVAGE, of 17 Gunpowder Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, PennsytvanirL hereinafter referred tons Owaner, is about to execute contennporaneously herewith, a contract with KEITH A. BAREFOOT CUSTOM HOMES, for the erection of an addition to their existing home at 17 Gunpowder Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, construction described as follows: ALL THOSE CERTAIN tracts or parcels of ground including the existing structure oil Lot 09 'Tile Peninsula' of Silver Springs To iship, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as set forth in Exhibit "A,- attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, this I day of November 1999, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner, to the said Contractor to continence work on the said building, to purchase materials for the same in consideration of the marking of the said contract with Owner, and the further considention of One Dollar and 00/100 ($ 1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be riled against the building by the contractor, or any sub- contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said addition, the riglt to file such liens be expressly waived. South 88 degrees 58 minutes 42 seconds West a distance of 58.91 feet, 2. By a curve, curving to the right having a radius of 275.00 feet and an arc length of 110.50 feet, 3. By a curve, curving to the left having a radius of 1025.00 feet and an are length of 70.00 feet to a point, said point being a common comer of Lot No. 99 and Lot No. 100; thence along the eastern line of Lot No. 100 North 20 degrees 52 minutes 16 seconds Lasr a distance of 211.54 feet to a point, said point being a common corner of Lot No. 99, Lot No. 100, Lot No. 97 and Lot No. 98, thence along the southern line of Lot No. 98 South 72 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 294.08 feet to a point on the western right-of-way line of Gunpowder Road; thence along the said right-of-way line South 01 degrees 01 minutes 18 seconds East a distance of 165.04 feel to a point; thence by a curve, curving to the right, having a radius of 25.00 feet and an arc length of 39.27 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
