Berry, Esquire, and respectfully avers the following: 1. Plaintiff. Laurie K. McKillip is an adult resident of Pennsylvania residing at 72 Spring Garden Estates. Carlisle, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant, Daniel K. Darr, is an adult resident of Pennsylvania residing at 24 Richland Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. The subject vehicle is a 1995 Geo Tracker, VIN number 2CNB.11 S60S6912394. 4. Subject vehicle is jointly owned by Daniel K. Darr and Lauric K. McKillip under title 49602512302 DA. 5. The trade in value of the subject vehicle is listed as aPProsintately $5,600.00. 6. Plaintiff, Laurie K. McKillip, is in possession of the vehicle and has made all or substantially all the payments to date. 7. The parties no longer maintain a relationship and have been unable to collie to an amiable agreement on the disposition of the subject vehicle. WHEREFORE I laintill'. Laurie K.
