STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
1
WHEREAS, BRUCE R. PETERS and CINDY J PETERS, his wife
hereinafter called "Owners" have entered into a contract with
FRED TIDAY, 19 Skyline Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania,
17055, hereinafter called "Contractor" to provide materials
and/or perform labor necessary for home improvements on the
owners home situated at 240 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, 17055 more fully described in a Deed dated
May 24, 1993 and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds
in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book H36, Page 723.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and
between the said parties, as part of the said contract for
the consideration therein set forth, that neither, the
undersigned contractor, and sub-contractor or material man,
nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called
a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the
said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made arid intended to be filed with the
County Prothonotary in accordance with the requirements of
Section 402 of the Mechanic's Lien Law 1963 of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereunto set their
hands and seal this in day of Novz-tih-'
