WHEREAS, Kevin I- Shaughnessy and Michele A. Shaughnessy are the owners of that
certain lot of land or parcel of real estate as described in Exhibit "A" attached, and
WHEREAS, Kevin R. Shaughnessy and Michele A. Shaughnessy are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with Taylor Home Remodeling, Inc„ 3103 Carlisle Pike,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor'), for the provision
by the Contractor of services as a general contractor in connection with the remodeling and
additions to it home situate upon a lot of land specifically described as attached hereto as Exhibit

AND NOW, this day of / Y t1J P /t/ 4?2 ,U 999, at the time of the execution
of the contract between Kevin R, Shaughnessy and Michele A, Shaughnessy and before any
authority has been given by the said owners to the said contractor to commence work on said
building, tract or parcel of ground or purchase materials for the same, before any work has been
commenced by contractor on said building, tract or parcel of ground, and prior to the purchase of
any material for the same and in consideration of the making of said contract between the owners
and the contractor, and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to contractor paid by the
owners, it is agreed that no lien for any labor or materials supplied or purchased or for the
erection or construction of said building and improvements, shall be filed against the building or
the real estate upon which the same is erected by the contractor or any contractor or
subcontractor of it, nor shall any lien be filed by any materialmen, workmen or agent or
employee of contractor or any of its contractors or subcontractors. It is specifically agreed that
the right to file any lien against the building or the real estate upon which It is erected under the
Mechanics Lien Law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any amendments or supplements
thereto by contractor, or its or his contractors, subcontractors, materialmen, workmen or the
agents, employees, contractors or subcontractors of any of them, Is hereby expressly stipulated
against and waived.

County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:

BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of Lambs Gap Road at the dividing line between Lou
Nos, 4 and 5 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the eastern line of Lambs
Gap Road North 08 degrees 26 minutes 06 seconds West, a distance of one hundred eighty-seven
and fifty-eight hundredths (187.58) feet to a point at lands now or formerly of Ernest Burch;
thence along said lands of Burch North 85 degrees 39 minutes 23 seconds East, a distance of two
hundred thirty-six and sixty hundredths (236.60) feet to the dividing line between Lots Nos. 5

Kevin R. Shaughnessy and Michele A. Shaughnessy, husband and wife, the owners herein.
