3. The sums charged for the same were: (a) what the Defendant(s) agreed to pay
therefor; and (b) the fair, reasonable and market value thereof.
WHEREFORE, judgment is demanded of Defendant for $4,641.24, plus service
charges (interest) as hereafter accrue, costs of suit and attorney's fees.
