Eaton, Husband & Wife Of 111 Timber Lane, Shippensburg, PCOU01110444 is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Rine & Rine Builders Of 110 Curtis Ave., Newburg, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a one Story dwelling house building upon a lot of land situate ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of West Pennaboro, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as Lot 3 as shown on a Final Subdivision Plan for Maynard L. McCullough prepared by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, Professional Land Surveyor, dated May 24, 1999, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Subdivision Plan Book Page , and being more fully bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a act concrete marker at the corner of lands now or formerly of Thomas H. and Aileen S. McCullough, said concrete marker also located at the northeast corner of Lot 2 on the plan described above, thence along lands of the said Thomas H. McCullough et ux, North 48 degrees 12 minutes 47 seconds East Two Hundred Ninety-seven and Zero hundredths (297.00) feet to a set iron pin; thence continuing along the same North 49 degrees 57 minutes 47 seconds East Eight Hundred Thirty-eight and Twenty hundredths (838.20) feet to a set iron pin; thence along other lands of the Grantors herein, South 01 degree 05 minutes 54 seconds West Six Hundred Ninety-two and Two hundredths (692.02) feet to a set iron pin; thence continuing along lands of Grantor herein, South 86 degrees 57 minutes 18 seconds West Eight Hundred Fifty-one and Fourteen hundredths (851.14) feet to the place of BEGINNING.
