Custody Stipulation, it is hereby ordered its follows:
The parties will have shared legal custody of NICHOLAS M. LITTLE, bom March 25,
1990,age 9, and ASHLEY M. LITTLE. horn August 7, 1993, age 7.
The parties will have shared physical custody of NICHOLAS M. LITTLE and ASHLEY
M. LITTLE.
3.
The mother shall have physical custodv of the minor children every other Friday from
6:00 p.m. until Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m.. and at other times which the parties mutually agree
is in the best interest of the children.

their minor children:
The plaintiff and natural lather is Michael P. Little, an adult individual who resides at
2394 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.

The detentlant and natural mother is Stacy L. Seibert, an adult individual residing at 1344
Grandview Court, Carlisle. Pennsylvania 17013.

The parties are the parents of Nicholas M. Little, horn March 25, 1990, age 9. and Ashley
M. Little, born August 7, 1992, age 7.

The parties have agreed to shave legal physical custody of their minor children, Nicholas
M. Little and Ashley M. Little.

The parties have agreed to share physical custody ortheir minor children, Nicholas M.
Little and Ashley M. Little.

The mother shall have physical custody of the minor children every other Friday from
6:00 p.m. until Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m. and at other times which the parties mutually agree

The parties will share the transportation of their minor children.
