THIS AGREEMENT made the l?oN t.
and between Michael Manning and Associates,
AND
Patrick M. Hayes, hereinafter referred to as owner, whereby the
former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single
family dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in
Lot 33, Sullivan Street, Hickory Ridge, Mechanicsburg, East
Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITHESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Michael Manning an Associates in hand paid by Owner, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,tand theafurt er
consideration mentioned in the agreemen,
parties acting
themselves and their subcontractors, and all p
through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's
liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of nt
them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtena materials thereto for or oon account of an f them under saidwcontract or otherwise,ffor
to ished
them or any
towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said
buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor,
for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby
expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the
Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the dedicated right-of-way line of
Sullivan Street at the dividing line of Lot No. 32 and Lot No.
33, Hickory Ridge, Phase I, Recorded in Plan Book 77, Page 143;
Thence by said dividing line, South 88 degrees 33 minutes 06
seconds West a distance of 100.00 feet to a point at the dividing
line of Lot No. 40 and lands herein described; Thence by said
dividing line and beyond by Lot No. 39, North 01 degree 26
minutes 54 seconds West a distance of 80.00 feet to a point at
the dividing line of Lot No. 34 and Lot No. 33, herein described;
Thence by said dividing line, North 88 degrees 33 minutes 06
seconds East a distance of 100.00 feet to a point on the
dedicated right-of-way line of Sullivan Street; Thence by said
right-of-way line, South 01 degree 26 minutes 54 seconds East a
distance of 80.00 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 33, containing 8,000 square feet as shown on
Final Subdivision Plan of Hickory Ridge, Phase I, recorded in
Plan Book 77, Page 143, and being subject to all easements of
record.
